I'm reading an interesting book by Giorgio Agamben, "State of Exception" I recommend to study carefully, since it serves to outline the contours of the increasingly narrow political space in which having an impact, risks and challenges of a model oriented towards the permanent suspension of the rule of law. From the back cover:
"The state of exception, namely the suspension of the legal system that we used to consider a provisional and exceptional measure, is now becoming before our eyes a normal paradigm of government ..."
